Easter

The Easter campaign was the first time SheKnows won Target business that included elements beyond display media. By designing a program that spoke exactly to their asks, I helped SheKnows become the only publisher commissioned to create custom content for Target's Easter campaign and led us to be considered for the subsequent Back-to-School campaign that we also successfully won. 

As one of the least complicated holidays, Target wanted Easter holiday promotions to similarly reflect that, with with a simple approach to messaging. The unique joys of Easter are different for every family so I pitched a campaign to position Target as the one-stop shop for all Easter needs.

 
 
 
 
 

Target wanted to focus on highlighting product range, so we created simple, illustrative and fun-to-watch videos on different ways to style an Easter basket this season. Each video was accompanied by a shopping list of featured items that clicked out to the appropriate Target product page.

We also created contextually relevant editorial content to keep Target top-of-mind during this season e.g. to speak to one of their core audience segments of Hispanic consumers, we produced an aligned article on casacarones, an Easter Hispanic tradition.  

All content were socially promoted on the SheKnow's social channels.
